Echoing what others have said - while there is nothing technically wrong, I think it goes against principle. Is there an intrinsinc need for us to approve such a resolution? Yes, it is necessary to compromise when there is a conflict or need to, but why do it preemptively?

The last time I remember us doing Praetorial elections was with a preferential system (since there were three candidates). Since there seems to be only two (as that is what the evil Tree God said), I guess a regular vote between two of us could happen.

I might be interested if and only if Scott doesn't want it anymore.

Perhaps even simpler would be to add the word sovereign to the operational clause.

Antica as an entity before its merger with Shireroth lacked any subdivided culture - the culture we had was of the nation as a whole. I think therefore it will take time for our Counties and Baronies to develop a unique flavor of their own - as long as we are a given a chance.
