CJ is only barred from holding positions in the Imperial Government during his minorcy. You rule your House as you wish.

Because the Landsraad is a legislative body, not a judicial one. I want to keep the power to issue punishments within the judiciary.

No deal. A house can't consist of just one person, and the work has to be made by you. As far as I can see, you haven't done anything with Discontinuity, but please prove me wrong.

Why? If I'm not mistaken, Mors VI's last two decrees were 459 and for some reason 461. 460 was a decree by Loki.

I recommend Kildare or Annexis, as those are the smallest houses in terms of population. But you have to apply to get in.

Re: Imperial Proclamation AII-1: Regarding the Counties

Icebreaker, you can still live there, but it wouldn't be your county. I don't see enough work by you to merit that, but if you can prove it to the Arbiter, feel free.

Jonas, I will have to look at the old treaty, which I haven't done. This was just a preliminary list.

Re: Steward Election

The reason why I made House Mortis inelligible was to prevent power concentration within one House. But I lift that restriction. I will allow the Landsraad to choose freely.

Re: Immigration and Naturalization Question

The policy is called the "Tri-Cit" law. It basically means that you are allowed to hold two citizenships except the Shirerithian one, that is, three in total. I, for instance, am though limited to one citizenship only, the Shirerithian one. Now, I've never resigned my Morovian citizenship, but since...

Re: Imperial Proclamation AII-1: Regarding the Counties

I hope so. I think it's a consistent system, which probably means that someone will poke large holes in it soon. I do however like that you can't claim counties just because they belong to some duchy you liked before, but rather because you helped develop them.
