Re: Land Reform
I'm gonna have to agree with Mike... Maybe I just don't understand. But I don't like the idea of house/individuals just grabbing land. Just walking over and saying "Yeah.. this is mine now." and expecting the Imperial government to just give it to them with no proof it'll get used.

Re: LawBook Revision Bill 3934
I'm not arguing any particular point. I'm just saying, like for gambling, if we remove it, is it still legal? Is it now illegal? Does silence of the law bespeak consent? We have no law barring marriage between two men, thus is it legal? Illegal? I've always assumed it to be legal cause it was never ...

Re: Expanding the Landsraad.
Mike.. I can't vote in the Landsraad right now, but I can speak. I am doing so. When my reign ends, I will lose that right. Even if I had no vote, I wouldn't mind a direct voice.

US constitution: Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791. Re: LawBook Revision Bill 3934
OKey... in some places you argue that the law should only deal with what "IS" (permissible) and not what isn't. Yet you say the gambling section isn't valid cause if it's not listed it should be considered legal. These statements contradict. Does the lawbook assume everything is legal unless stated ...

Re: Procedures Revision Bill 3934
If they do nothing.. nothing lost. If they bitch about not being able to vote, it gives them something to strive for. I can tell you this, it was my hope to gain a title of rank Equestrian after my reign was over. But if this goes through as is.. what hope do I have of gaining any say in the Landsra...

Re: LawBook Revision Bill 3934
I might line item veto some parts of this. But like Andreas, I'll need to go through it. The parts where the Kaiser is mentioned, I feel should be kept in to help prevent confusion. While the kaiser CAN do everything, mostly, sometimes it needs to be stated to mention what the Landsraad cannot do. S...

This also removed the Equestrian priviledge to speak, but not vote, in the Landsraad. While I wholly support the changes in this bill, I think we should retain the Equestrian right to speak but not vote in the Landsraad. Else there is no real difference between Equestrian and Civitis.

Re: Imperial Proclaimation MVI 3: Various matters.
Oh.. Now you've done it. I'm not trying to shoot your ideas down ric. I just think the Lawbook was one of our better achievements. We tried the disorganized act thing, and it caused issue. So we codified into one document. And the problem with the Decreebook is one of levels of authority. I'm sure I...

Administrators should do only that.. administrate. No decision making. If something must be decided do it by consensus. If it stirs controversy then it obviously is to much. The organizations should be regulation free. It's not that we want free trade, it that we want a common currency and banking s...

Re: Imperial Proclaimation MVI 3: Various matters.
Most of what is in the decreebook can't go in the lawbook, cause it's stuff having to do with the Kaiser.
We used to do the loose acts thing, but that got confusing as to what was active and still in place. The Lawbook was the reform of that system to make it possible to know the law.

Which I do. I haven't been as active as I should have been. I just wish you had come talk to me first. And I mean directly. Not with sorta obscure PMs, but out right ask me a question.
Okey, then what subtle reforms would people like?
