On behalf of His Imperial Highness the Prince of Hurmu, I have the honour of bringing greetings to the Kaiser of Shireroth and all good people of these lands. I would like to congratulate his Niftiness on the occasion of his ascension to the Golden Mango Throne. Whereas the nation of Hurmu twice was...

[Hurmu and Stormark] Jurisdiction
Mmes and Mssrs Jurists of the Court, The Commonwealth states of Hurmu and Stormark have entered into a Treaty of Peace and Friendship which, among other things, conveys the Commonwealth Court jurisdiction over disputes arising from that treaty. Lex Ultima
Having heard the people of Azarea, Arviður decided to go home to Hurmu. He wrote his last decree on a scrap of paper and handed it over to his secretary, Rivqah al-Ishaq al-Babkhi, who immediately promulgated it: Let it be known throughout the lands of K'tzuni, that: The Island of Azarea is one coun...

Re: Treaty of Friendship and Non-Aggression with De Nederlanden
K'Tzuni would love a treaty with the Nederlanden, provided such treaty actually obligated both of to do something. However, De Nederlanden is a good country. K'Tzuni sees no harm in having treaties with them, but would much prefer if there were obligations in treaties. A treaty is basically a contra...

Erik, It took hours for him. I tried to do something before him, then my computer decided it had not saved it :P Anyway, why don't you show some appreciation, just a tiny bit? I spoke to Malliki as he worked on this. We discussed problems arising from it. It's not a cut-and-paste job from the wiki, ...

To the delegate from The Nederlanden: Of course there are. Just look at the big country in the north of you. Stormark. They may not be Dutch-speaking, but several of their citizens are from the Benelux region, speaking a Dutch language. It was from there we took one of the justices to the Court (Gud...

Re: Lord Mayor of Shirekeep
May I after the hearing suggest a Landsraad vote on the matter, sir? Since it is the capital that influences the rest of the Republic in culture, tasks and on... it would be prudent to let the Landsraad advise the Kaiser on which candidate he should choose.

Not quite. Don't know the average, but some of the governments/kaisers are legendary, much like the early kings and queens of Sweden: no one really knows if they existed

The governments of Shireroth
Throughout the ages of Shireroth, there have been one-hundred and sixteen governments. Ninety-four of them have been headed by kaisers, ten by kaiseresses, four by ruling stewards, a few Landsraad sessions, and one antikaiser (Nicodemus), and one which I don't know how to classify (Mahamantotarebadu...

Geographically it should belong to Elwynn, politically it should be seperate, and nostalgically Brookshirian.

Re: Hello!!
Björn,
Isabelle is right.
As to the "fictional" history of it all, the speakers of the language almost all went away, to Ashkenazi lands in the south. So Cape Farewell pretty much consists of what's left from the exodus of the Elw, meaning probably some Elfinshi, and general Elwynnese

Re: Treaty of Association and Friendship with Hurmu
Lord Tosha, During the negotiations, I was under the impression that Hurmu would be a territory, but as the treaty states that Hurmu's territory will be integrated, it feels as if it will be a as part Shirerithian land as any other land. It would be up to the Kaiser to grant Hurmu a status. However,...

Re: Treaty of Association and Friendship with Hurmu

The negotiations started between me and Aurangzeb, and have been discussed in detail among the advisers to The Kaiser, and has the backing of all the go...
