Re: Ashkenatza and Hurmu
Maksym is also referred to as 'Max' or 'Maximos', or am I really wrong here? If so, I assume he'll have another citizenship somewhere or will at least not dislike his account being moved to a stable nation.

Batavian International Trade Agency
To whom it may concern: Batavia has joined the SCUE recently. This means another interesting market in which to sell whatever you want to sell. Batavians tend to be interested in written stuff, gambling and all kind of other creative deals. Furthermore it could be interesting for someone to lend mon...

I hereby declare that the Commonwealth Assembly has confirmed Erik Mortis as Primate. Congratulations to Erik! This will also be my last action as Primate. It has been a joy to serve you all and I'm sorry that I couldn't put more time and effort in the Small Commonwealth. I'll be glad to serve the S...

Kanto is hereby refused as a member of the Small Commonwealth by the Commonwealth Assembly. I think this is actually the first time the Commonwealth Assembly has ever refused a nation to become member.

Re: Voting quotas
The official Batavian opinion is that we should switch to 1/2 of the votes casted instead of 1/3 of the votes casted when a nation applies for membership. (I'm not really in a position to debate on this, since it is not my personal opinion.)

Re: APPLICATION: Federaton of Kanto
Opened the topic. I've seen that Kanto opened a topic in the Treaty Repository, which is not really the idea behind the Treaty Repository. I've closed the topic for the time being. Main reason is that the treaties signed by Kanto aren't legal since they do not meet articles (mostly article 1 of ever...

Re: Voting Rules
I'm here, ready to give my opinion on this interesting topic :demon I really don't see why we should set a word that says one is in favor. If one is in favor he can make it clear in many ways, from saying 'yea' or 'aye' to 'Batavia is in favor' or something else. Determining these words causes peopl...

I hereby open the voting on the application of the Federation of Kanto. In another perspective I will put this in effect immediately, removing you from treaties 'n stuff.

Who should be Primate?
I've been Primate for a small amount of time now and it turns out I can't be that active due to a serious change in my real life situation (I became a more serious student ;) ). Since Erik returned I'd like to see him as the Primate once again. I've already started some voting procedures in the Asse...

Voting Rules
Being the Primate still I'd like to bring up the issue that Erik already had with the voting in the Assembly. There aren't any rules or schedules we should meet. There is just a vague power the Primate has to 'oversee the Commonwealth Assembly'. The question is: must we make rules (if yes, what rule...

Re: The place of the SC forum
We don't know that. I was arguing from Harvey's point of view. I'm fairly sure it is, but I'm willing to give it a try, because many of its initiatives seem good and honest from the outside. But it would still be better if SC and SEP were not on the same forum. Since I'm only Shirerithian on paper ...
