I'm actually trying to pass school for once (and I'm not being sarcastic about it for once), so I got a lot on my platter. But my imagination and development of culture... well, weapons, then culture, is not limited by the time spent here.

Of course, the thing about anime is: if you don't see the first episode, you aren't--most likely-- going to get it. (The exception is Inuyasha--I understood that show, and I didn't see the first episode until some time after I started watching.) For example, the other night, I was watching Ghost in...

Until you bring in sentience into the equation, where the ability to find our own meaning in life and the need of social interaction make things more complicated. Love, like any emotion, is only as real as the person thinks it is.

5-8PST on Friday? Sounds good to me. Two questions:

1)What chat program will we be using?

2)Anyone want to discuss what types of characters they're thinking of creating? Might be a bit awkward if we had three of the same race and class.

I have a simple suggestion which detail could be added later: Naturally, resources from the River Elwynn are now in high demand. A small fleet of scuttled ships on the coast of the Shirelands has been found, containing a large amount of food and other supplies that are now very high in price. It was...

That's odd, it should be right under Kildare. Well, anyways, ownership will probably be decided by the Gman. And even if they are to belong to the Duke rather than me, I think Gong Li would probably be the best location for the ships. Anyways, than you for the birthday presents. I'll still be paying...

Hell, we could have three sides: both, intangible, and tangible.

But like I said, I'm not very good with particulars. I suppose the Shrine of Controversy would be a good place to hold it. But we also need some judges of some sort.

But greed is defined as wanting something more than one needs or deserves. So there can be a greed for love, but not necessarily for everyone. But yes, nearly all human beings express some form of greed. But which is more common? Does it seem better, morally, to have greed for material things or the...

Many and none. That is to say, I have many half formed ideas, but I can't really suggest much for this debate. Off the top of my head, I'd say a good two-sided debate would be a discussion on greed in man, the sides being which one of the two is stronger: tangible or intangible greed?

We need a debate... your rebuttal?

In an attempt to further the pursuit of enlightenment, I suggest we debate. That is why I put it in the Research and Education forum, by the way. Arguments are a great way to let off steam, but the best way to learn is from a structured debate. I don't have any particulars on structure or rules, but...
