Shireroth

If you can provide me with the wiki database, I can combine the two. The community waited for more than two months for the problems to be fixed though and wanted a working wiki, so the only option left was to create a new one. Many people did post here many times to get someone to fix it, so it wasn ...

The problem is with the database, not the actual homepage .

Good stuff . So long as the board isnt broken .

May I suggest that you activate through the admin panel the option to have administrators approve all new memberships temporarily, especially if you do not have access to the FTP. On a non micronational board I had a huge problem with spam, and I activated this feature temporarily for about a month ...

I dont see what I did to piss off Ryan, I offered the space without strings attached.

How greedy of me!

I can hear the celebrations all the way from Adelwin!

Hmm, if everyone published their conspiracies in PDFs think of how fancy it would all look! None of those messy chat logs.

Lol, you could always take the English language file and change all the terms for those delightful Shirerithian terms you use, then you dont actually have to change any code.

Mark forum read wont be in overall header. It will be in viewforum or viewtopic, whichever it is on.

It only needs name servers. You can point shireroth.org to the same nameserver as the kurowhatever, providing they allow more domains.

I quite like the cover. Although it would be interesting if you could dig up the first MCS map or one near the start if the book for the front cover, and a new one for the back. Or something like that.

Sometimes the admins disable people changing their own names so that they can't do corrupt things... cant think of what they are though.

Are people aware that on phpBB the admins can change your usernames; you dont need to register a new account.

Did you try < BR >'ing them? Im not sure if that needs to be done, it does with ranks.

Thats what you, being American-centric, would have us believe. Really though, its +10.

EST is +10 anyways

Bah. +10... +10!

Please install quick reply like on the GC forums, it is a great feature and it can only help the server by not loading the posting page.

Theme- if you want help to get rid of the horrid subSilver template, give me a holler and this could look like Shireroth (do you want that though x() in no time.

Its too nice for a Shirerithian website ejen ranti taicardainre (Lachlan Powers)The Grand Commonwealth - Aerlig - MNN - Treesia - mncentre - EIFA - Lemuria

The forums can be backed up, just takes a few hours. I just reinstalled the GC Forums on a new host with no problems- while it took a couple of hours cause the database needed to be broken up into smaller pieces to upload, there was really no problem. ejen ranti taicardainre (Lachlan Powers)The ...

Whats the conversion problem? Are you using the convertor that puts itself in the Admin panel or the older one? Cause I have converted nearly half the Treesian forums now for a test with no problems. ejen ranti taicardainre (Lachlan Powers)The Grand Commonwealth - Aerlig - MNN - Treesia - mncentre ...

Check out the phpBB site... there are hundreds of mods you can add... different themes is one of them. A very good one to add is quick reply, like the GC has. Saves much time. ejen ranti taicardainre (Lachlan Powers)The Grand Commonwealth - Aerlig - MNN - Treesia - mncentre - EIFA - Lemuria

It most certainly does, and assuming you can do cron jobs it works brilliantly. I have backed up from the database before to ensure it works, and had no problems at all. ejen ranti taicardainre (Lachlan Powers)The Grand Commonwealth - Aerlig - MNN - Treesia - mncentre - EIFA - Lemuria

The best thing to do with backups is set up a few gmail accounts and give passwords to different people... then set up an autobackup to send the backed up file daily to all the accounts. Thats what the GC does. ejen ranti taicardainre (Lachlan Powers)The Grand Commonwealth - Aerlig - MNN - Treesia ...
