Imperial Decree #190: Heir and Abdication
Well, this should not come as a surprise to anyone. It has been a good month and a half, but due to a lack of time, a lack of patience, and a drying up of the wellspring of ideas, it is time for me to leave the throne of Shireroth. In my speech upon ascending the throne, I said I wanted to accomplish...

It has come to my attention for about the twelfth time (but this time it finally registered) that it is possible for a board administrator to read someone's password on a PHP board. Therefore, please make sure that your passwords in both Anticas and the Grand Commonwealth, as well as any other micron...

Re: Imperial Decree #189: New Charter
An explanation - I have merely deleted the section saying that only nobles may speak in the Landsraad, and replaced it with a section saying that only nobles may automatically speak in the Landsraad, but that they have the right to grant other people Landsraad privileges as well if they so desire. T...

And the Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run coldAccording to the wise men of Chelm, the moon is more important to people than the sun is, because the moon gives us light during the nighttime, whereas the sun shines only during the day, when it's bright enough anyway.

Probably because you're a Minister, but I think the law prohibits you from doing so until you've been summoned. Go away.If a voter wants to force someone to change part of their bill, they can simply tell the person that they won't vote unless whatever they want is added to the text of the law, or m...

Clarification of Landsraad Procedures
RESOLVED that the Landsraad procedures should be taken to imply that a straight vote of AYE, NAY, ABSTAIN, or some equivalent should be offered by a voter. No one may post complex votes that depend on a conditional or which command other people to act in a certain way in order to keep the vote.

Re: Economic Initiation Act
There seem to be a couple of people who want a simulated economy. While my stance is still that simulated economies Do Not Work, Never Have Worked, and Never Will Work, it wouldn't be fair to deny them that chance, so probably we will either be running a simulated economy parallel to this under Shac...

Shacia, if you see this, could you tell me when you'll next be around? I *really* want to at least get the framework of the economy up before I leave the Kaisership, and although I would very much like to have your input I can't wait too much longer.

Harvey, as usual, speaks truth.I am thinking of two possible solutions. One, we can have wars the same we we have, only we have two "theaters", one of which is limited to people interested in the military end, the other limited to people interested in the role-playing end. I don't like this one much...
