The Nine Years of Gold is a Froyalanish cultural term which denotes the Reign of Harald of Ettlingar Freyu as Duke of Elwynn (1533-1542), which during those days was known as Froyalan. The Froyalanish community looks upon this era with a strong fondness and nostalgia, marking their highest ascendancy before the elevation of Elwynn to a kingdom.
