Llængjarl is a title appertaining to the members of the Froyalanish Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu. It means Jarl of Leng in the Froyalanish and Wintergleamish languages.

The title of Llængjarl is purely symbolic and recognized by the Imperial Natopian Government through the treaty which is known as the "Treaty between the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, for itself and on behalf of the Elwynnese Union, on one hand, and the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation, on the other, on the matter of sovereignty over Llæng and Jorvik". It should not be confused by anyone with any past, present or future title appertaining to the Monarch of Leng or denoting rulership over the aforesaid ice island.
The members of the Froyalanish Branch of the House of Ettlingar Freyu bear the title of Llængjarl with great pride and in celebration of the ties of the Elwynnese Union with the isle of Leng as well as the ancient ties of their House with the self-same ice island which date back to the days long gone by that Leng was a Storish possession.
