Kaiser Verion I (a character of Jack) was Kaiser of Shireroth. He ascended to the Imperial throne in 5719. Verion ruled during a time of inactivity and turmoil but nonetheless managed to make an impact upon the Imperial Republic. Important decisions made by Verion I were:
- The adaptation of the new Charter
- The establishment of S.W.O.R.D.
- The Decree on Government Restructuring
- The Verion Economic Reforms
