Imperial Decree 990
(preamble)
RYKER EVERSTONE, Regent of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, King of Goldshire, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:
AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

Appointments to the Imperial Ministries and the Imperial Advisory Council are as follows:

All other prior appointments to the IAC, that hitherto were in effect, remain valid until we direct otherwise.
The following appointments are made to the diplomatic service:
Imperial Plenipotentiary to the Permanent Commission, and High Representative to Allied Nations
Ryker Everstone, Regent of the Imperial Republic and King of Goldshire
Imperial Plenipotentiary to the Joint-Military Council, and High Tormentor of Lesser Races
Liv Dravot, Princess of ElwynnImperial Plenipotentiary to the Micras Treaty Organisation, and High Representative to Other Nations
