Imperial Decree 989
(preamble)
RYKER EVERSTONE, Regent of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, King of Goldshire, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:
AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.
IMPERIAL DECREE 989: Viscount Vigeland
We restore Marcus Myksos to the Imperial Peerage with the degree, dignity and title of Viscount Vigeland, of Vigeland House in the Territory of Novaya Sorensk, and that upon his death or removal from the title, the title shall succeed to his legitimate descendants, with preference to the eldest, with no discrimination on gender.
We, acting under the advice of the Imperial Advisory Council and with the authority of the Procedures of the Landsraad, admit with immediate effect Lord Vigeland to the Landsraad.
IN WITNESS OF THE SUBLIME MAGNIFICENCE OF OUR LORD THE RADIANT SUN WHEREOF
We have caused the Seal of Our Regency to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand.
Given at the Keep this twelfth Day of Vixaslaa in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and fifty four.
