IMPERIAL DECREE 898
Pertaining to the Property Accrued Under Marriage
- Imperial Decree 865 is amended by striking the eighth section of Title I and inserting the contents of the schedule.
- Any Imperial Decree, law, measure, or &c. contravening this Decree is repealed.
8. Only property, wealth and chattels obtained jointly after the contracting of the marriage may be apportioned in a settlement at the discretion of the duly appointed court in which proceedings have been heard.
SO GIVEN under the Imperial Seal at Shirekeep this 22nd day of Riegaall in the one thousand six hundred forty-seventh year after the death of Norton.
