Cyberian Memorial
Currently found at http://p083.ezboard.com/bcyberia11672 the Cyberian Memorial is a listing of former participants in V.C.Cyberia and related Cyberias. It's location is in the Mall of downtown Dunkinopolis, capital of the Federal Republic of Cyberia. The Committee of National Salvation compiled the Memorial, and it is currently managed by the Parks Dept. of the FRC. The FRC claims that it lists those who "left, were driven out, or just couldn't take it anymore", thus giving all they could within a Micronational framework. This supports the claims of the various groups who oppose the Cyberian Oligarchy, including the rival Federal Republic of Cyberia that the current ruling class of the Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia is illegitmate and holds power illegally. This claim rests on the prior claim that a many key Supreme Court rulings were invalid and that the court itself was frequently the tool of the Cyberian Oligarchy.
The Oligarchy offers different and varying interpretations, depending on the spokesman and the political climate at the time.
The Memorial is the heart of the Federal Republic. Anyone listed on the Memorial may claim automatic citizenship in the FRC under the Right of Return, codified here: http://p083.ezboard.com/fcyberia11672frm43.showMessage?topicID=10.topic
While the Federal Republic wishes to honour Cyberians of all political persuasions, it is not their intent to include anyone against their will.
