Imperial Decree 892
NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

Appointment of Altea Lomax to Steward of the Imperial Republic
Section 1.
We relieve from the duties and office of Steward of the Imperial Republic, with much gratitude for his services, His Royal Highness Daniyal Sikander Dravot, The Khan of Cabbagefall. In his stead, We appoint the Honourable Altea Lomax, March Low Judge of Our Marquessate and Dominion of Zy-Rodun. She is accordingly afforded, ex officio, the title, degree and dignity of Marchioness of Shirekeep.
Section 2.
Section 1 enters force upon Altea Lomax's swearing the necessary oath:
"I swear:
I will be faithful and obedient to the Kaiseress of the Imperial Republic, Noor as-Salaam, and to the people.
I will observe the law, and to conscientiously fulfil my official duties.
I shall render unconditional obedience and as a loyal servitor of the Imperial Republic I shall at all times be prepared to give my life for this oath, so help me Gods!"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this tenth day of Elroqpinu in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-seven.
