Imperial Decree 867

NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

IMPERIAL DECREE 867
Our Victorious Return from Tellia

Whereas We have brought forth Victory in Our Condominium of Tellia, and achieved in that place the objectives that We set in Our Imperial Decree 862, We return to Our Capital under the victorious banner of the Radiant Sun and assume Our Station on the Golden Mango Throne.

To give thanks to the Divine for trusting in Us, we shall light the eternal Fire at the Atash Behram Der Bareber Sathrati, and thereby inaugurate the Temple of the Fire of Victory. Prayers shall be read there for each who has fallen when true to the commands of their ever-conquering Sovereign. Their names and the nature of their souls of purity shall never be forgotten.

Though the Victory brought on by Us, through the selfless Sacrifice of the bravest and strongest of our most loyal Men and Women of the Palatini Corps, the Defilers of the Cedrist Religion are still scattered across Our Land, and they have in their Minds a design to bring down the Light from Our Government, and return the Imperial Republic to a Dominion of Darkness and Slavery for us all. We make a solemn promise to the Shirerithian Peoples: We shall not rest until the evils of that Religion have finally been erradicated from the face of this earth. When that day shall come, Our land will have been sanctified by Light of Peace. On that Day, in our Hearts, you — Our People — all brothers and sisters as Children of the Light — will have created a world with no fear. Together, we will cry happy tears, and see the nations, one after one, turn their swords into ploughshares. We will have healed the World, and the world will be united beneath the Radiant Sun.

Until that Day of Rest, wherever there have been strongholds of recusant Cedrists, Our Armies shall establish a permanent presence, and thereby strike the most awesome terror in the hearts and on the bodies of the remaining evil-minded yet instill peace, security and adoration in the hearts of those who are true to the Light.

Our Imperial Imperial Minister of Military Affairs shall make the appropriate regulations for the Keepers of the Light of Peace in Our Condominium of Tellia, and wherever that their presence might be desired by the followers and keepers of the Light of Peace. The Report of the Head of the Pallatini Corp of Our Victory in Tellia shall be addressed to that Minister, who shall relay it to Us and Our People.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this eighth day of Rugaall in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-six.
