NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

Birth of Our Grandson
- Her Imperial Highness The Khanum of Cabbagefall has today safely delivered unto the world Our grandson, whom We have named Vidar Salim Livarson.
- Upon Prince Vidar Salim of Cabbagefall, We bestow the degree, dignity and title of Count of Kaltor, of the Kaltorian Palace on Skyla of the Skyla Isles.
- Added as a codicil to my last will and testament: should I die before the death of my eldest son, the Prince Vidar Salim shall by-pass his own Adam in all aspects of inheritance of Our estate, titles, and fiefs.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this eighth day of Gevraquun in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-five.
