IMPERIAL DECREE 803: Household Powers Delegation

Hear! Hear!

Insomuch it is Our Imperial Wish and Desire to promote the development of the Imperial Household and Heritage of the Golden Mango Throne (hereafter "the Imperial Household"), We do by this Our Imperial Instrument grant to the Stallari of the Imperial Household the authority to exercise the powers concerning the Imperial Household granted to Us by Imperial Decree 791, provided always that We shall have the right to overrule the aforesaid Stallari if We wish so and the same power shall be enjoyed by the Kaiseress Companion in the event that a decision by the Stallari of the Imperial Household touches upon Her duties, functions and liberté de vivre concerning the Imperial Household.
