IMPERIAL DECREE 789: Furthest of the Elwynnese Far West

Hear! Hear!

1. We do by this Our Imperial Instrument decree that the borders of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth are hereby extended, at Our Pleasure, and by Our Right and Command as Kaiser, to include the lands in the Schedule to this Our Imperial Decree.

2. We do furthermore by this Our Imperial Instrument declare that the lands acquired through the preceding Article are hereby granted to the Imperial State of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth which is known as the Elwynnese Union.
