IMPERIAL DECREE 770

Pursuant to an agreement between the Emir of Sathrati and the Kaiser of Shireroth, the Emirate shall hold the island of Zy-Rodun as its physical location within Shireroth, with the title Marquess of Zy-Rodun being a subsidiary title of the Emir of Sathrati. The Emirate cedes any property it may hold on Eura to the Kaiser.

All properties that the Kaiser may hold on Eura shall be Known as the Imperial Dominion of Eura, with boundaries to be determined. ________ So Decreed in this Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Second Year since the Founding of the Sector
