Imperial Decree 270

Imperial Decree 270 - Dukes, duchies and the Landsraad.

Part I:

All dukes are hereby removed of their titles and lands.

Part II:

The Duchy of Brookshire is hereby restored of its lands and status.
The Duchies of Elywnn, Kildare and Yardistan shall remain unchanged aside from the necessary changes to permit the recreation of Brookshire.
The once Duchy of Straylight shall remain as a territorial division under the banner of Yardistan, but is granted semi-autonomy from the Duchy of Yardistan.

Part III:

Jonas, Baron in Kildare is hereby elevated to the title of Duke of Kildare.
I hereby assume the station of Duke of Brookshire.
Citizen Jacobus is hereby granted the title of Duke of Yardistan.
Ari Rahikkala is hereby confirmed as the Duke in Straylight.
Harold of Stormark is hereby granted the title of Duke of Elywnn.

Part IV:

The Landsraad is hereby called once more to session with Jonas continuing as Prætor. The first order of business before the Landsraad shall be to create new rules of voting procedure; including who is allowed to vote and who may speak within the Landsraad. Till such time as the Landsraad creates new rules, Only dukes may vote within the Landsraad, receiving 1 vote each and only a simple majority is needed to pass the new procedures.
This is my will enacted by the authority of the Gods themselves.
