Cimmeria Bill
Let it be enacted by the Nobles of Shireroth as follows:
1. The City of Avaldsnes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Wintergleam.
2. The City of Wolfraven shall fall under the jurisdiction of Cimmeria.

Re: Cimmeria Bill
I'm.. confused. Are these cities elsewhere? Or do you wish to create them? In other words, some explanation might be nice. Does this even require the LAndsraad?

Re: Cimmeria Bill
Currently, Avaldsnes is geographically in Wintergleam, but legally in Cimmeria. Wolfraven, the former capital of Cimmeria, is legally in Wintergleam but geographically on the Cimmerian islands.
This will just change things so that they lie where they ought to lie.

Re: Cimmeria Bill
I remember the Leo-Harald swap. I can vote AYE (5) to this happily.

However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Re: Cimmeria Bill
I ask again. Does this really take a Landsraad vote? Couldn't the DirCart handle this?

Re: Cimmeria Bill
A minister redefining the borders at a whim?
I'd rather not. Either kaiser or landsraad. Your pick.

See, that's why I'm asking.. you talk of moving jurisdiction, but said nothing of redrawing borders. And this is one of the reasons I wanted to give the DirCart that power...
oh well. As long as it all balances.
Mortis, AYE (5). (You both recall that you need to state your number of votes right?)

Re: Cimmeria Bill
I edited my number after the votes. Does it say we can't edit our votes in Shireroth? (I'm used to Nelaga, where that is perfectly legit). If it does, then I'll revote; if it doesn't, then I've voted correctly, albeit slightly later than I first intended.
