Some redistribution of wealth

I have been impressed by Kathbad's responsible voting in the Landsraad. He actually got around to doing it regularly unlike me 
. And, not just that, but I loved how he shook up the Praetor election by bringing it to a draw - quite honestly I wish the situation hadn't been solved so easily, it had the potential of actually bringing out some legislation for handling elections in a more formalised way.
Kathbad is granted 200 erb for the work he did for Straylight.
(A couple of other people were also given grants, but since erb are worthless and the work they did is a bit older, I decided not to mention it here, because otherwise they'd have to thank me for it and quite honestly that'd be a greater imposition on them than handing out erb is on me)
