What does it mean to be of Ettingar Freyu? Is that somewhere in Froyalan?

It means that one is a Member of the House of Ettlingar Freyu which is the Ruling House of Froyalan, Stormark and Gascony (the micronational Gascony, of course, which is a part of the Kingdom of Bosworth).
