Glad to see another micronational radio out there.

What that part of the contract means is that your government's Ministry of Information may only send its written, private briefs about news to Microsanity. Covered under this restriction is anything that could be construed to constitute a written brief. By my definition, that would include tips, leads, etc.

It has been decided that the restriction on brief distribution to other companies will be dropped from the contract.

So, the contract you should sign now reads as follows:

"The Imperial Republic of Shireroth agrees to provide content, via written e-mail briefs, to Microsanity Productions, Company. Microsanity will be allowed to use the information contained within the briefs for whatever purposes necessary to produce its radio and/or podcast programming. Microsanity agrees to provide short advertisements for the Imperial Republic of Shireroth on its broadcasts. This contract becomes effective for one month upon being signed thereof by both a legal representative of Microsanity Productions and an appropriate official of the government of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth."

We hope that ameliorates the concerns you might have had about that part of the contract.
