Well the Wiki is freely editable (And, for that matter, a seperate organization *hosted* by Shireroth, meaning it is not under the authority of the Shirerothian government, rather under that of the admins of it, IE me, Fax? Vehendi, etc.), so you don't need to be "employed" to do anything on it.

The only thing you could be employed to do is to protect pages and ban people, and we do that based on whether we think you're qualified to do so and gain notability on your own.
