Yes, I did receive the e-mails. They are very helpful. I do have a question, though. I deleted some objectionable posts, then tried to get rid of the names of the people who posted them. The ban control said these people do not exist. Their names are still at the bottom of the forum, and I don't know how to expunge them. Please help. Thanks.

Just to confirm...you pasted, (not typed) the name, with out spaces, into the "Ban one or more specific users" section, and put nothing in any other section?

The login names I am trying to ban all posted either solicitations for products, for medicines, or for porn. The posts were all deleted, but the names remain on the list. They are: alpra025, hdJk548Wx, commonxq, CreditOK990, Vladen, SputnikGhost, and Lotti Furmann. If you can get rid of them I would appreciate it. Thanks.
