Also, I have something I would like to add. From where I come from I have been a professional confidance of sorts. If it pleases my future Dutchy, I would like to set up a similar space for advice here. A bit like "Dear Abby or Miss Manners"

If I am granted my business this is how it will work. Any one can email me with a question privately. I will either answer it privately by email/IM if the asker so desires. Otherwize I will answer it and post it in Shireroth so others my veiw it/learn from/offer other advice/etc. I will keep all asker's names anonymous unless my asker says it's ok to reveal his/her/its name.

All questions can pretain to Shireroth or any topic that troubles your heart( be it pertain to online or otherwise.) Kaiseress Carol and Hypatia Agnesi can both atest that no topic is too taboo to ask me! I have and will welcome any questions (no matter how personal) and answer them seriously.

The cogney female replies (fine wot. ye owe me some tartey tarts).. (yeah yeah....) the male voice comes closer..

and In to the Immigration office comes a large H47! with Baron h4773r 3lfs0n underneath it (as he so often is) He bows deeply to Pandora and holds out his hand to kiss hers*

As far as land and joining a subdivision, the Kaiser(ess) appoints you with a county, you then are a count(ess) and may band with other counties to create a Barony and one of the counts becomes a Baron, or join a Barony. and Baronies then do the same only form into Duchies, with a Duke.
