I renounced every micronational citizenship when I flounced off... earlier in the year and I thought it best to return to the community of this realm through the appropriate formal mechanisms.

And I thought you were retired for good, never to come back. Oh well, first law of Micronationalism, I guess.

1st and Only Law of Micronationalism. It can be argued that the 2nd is to never trust Steven with public office or valuable metals but that really lies outside the purview of the hobby.

Trusting him to find someplace is also a bad idea. He has no sense of direction at all. He even got us lost at Versailles.

Well, well, well, will wonders never cease? I wondered if you would come back to us. I would have liked to be the first one to welcome you back to Shireroth, but I see many have gotten here ahead of me. Your application is stamped "Approved," and we will just need to get approval from your Duke for your new county. I hope you enjoy it here. Your presence always brings a certain unsettled, interesting flavor, and things are never boring with you around. Again, welcome.

Three, actually...the one with Caligae, the one with Vijayar, and the one with Ardashirshahr...

It is a single political entity that consists of three portions.

Ahhh, lovely, the Elfslayer returns! Things will definitely become interesting now...

(Incidentally, Ardy, could you tell me who I should pester to get a new password at the Babkhan forums? I had intended to pay my respects upon the reappearance of the legendary Babak Kapav, but...)

Shyriath: Try Trevon Andarosel on AIM, or the Ministry of Home Affairs (which is manned by Trevon)

Welcome! :)
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

3 parts of the same thing... that seems a lil... funny.

Well that's multi-ethnic societies for you. The three portions of Lesser Zjandaria reflect the areas of ethnic Babkhan settlement, the main areas being in the south around Ardashirshahr and the area around the city of Vijayanagara, which some people do erroniously contract to Vijayar by some process of semantic reduction that remains a mystery to me, almost as if some careless cartographer had cut the last portion of the name off whilst pasting in a new segment to the map - but I am sure that the reason is more subtle than that.

The northern portion of Lesser Zjandaria would be more unitary if the County of Illumination had not been grafted on making a division in those parts between the area around Vijayanagara and the remainder.
