I would like to create a list of prominent citizens of Shireroth, complete with a short dossier on each, so that new immigrants may learn the interests, history, and concerns of those whom they will encounter.

Also, I would like to review past immigration and emmigration forms, so that I may select what I think is necessary info.

And, I would like to create a Bureau of Immigration Security and Information, to research new arrivals' past involvement in micronationalism and to make sure that immigrants have a good general understanding of Shirithian government, culuture and history. Of course, it would be difficult if not impossible for someone to learn all of this country's complex history and culture in a short time, so I would want to create a general curriculum and then perhaps have a short citizenship test.

For example, if you were putting together a dossier on yourself, you might want to include the following stuff:

NAME: Baldwin PlantagenetJulii
ALIASES: Baldwin
POLITICAL STANCE, IF ANY: Classical liberal
MICRONATIONAL HISTORY: I was a citizen of the Dinarchy of Antica during its twilight days, and became a citizen of Shireroth after the Dinarchy ceded its sovereignty to the Imperial Republic. I have since tried my best to win friends here, and have worked my way up the ladder to become MINT and CoSSAF.
INTERESTS: Art, history, and politics.

I can't think of anything else at the moment. Perhaps I should petition the Kaiser to allow me to set up a committee on this?

And actually, it's entirely within your perogative to create such an entity without the Kaiser's approval. I especially like the acronym: BISI.

As far as dossiers, have you looked at entries for people in the wiki?

I didn't think of that! Being a newly-instated bureaucrat, I love not having to do any more work than is the absolute minimum requirement.

Of course, not everyone has an article on the microwiki. I don't know whether I should put the responsibility of researching and writing these articles in the hands of the BISI or the BBCD . Fax, what do you think?

You're welcome to create your own such agency, but SHINE has been quietly reviewing new immigrants for the past three years. We've caught two foreign spies in that period, which as far as I know is a perfect record.

It has? Hmmmm. At any rate, BISI is also responsible for informing new immigrants, so it doesn't serve exactly the same purpose.
