due to the status of Lac Glacie, you are not an honery citizen, and actually are more or less counted as a citizen. it's just a case of me saying, yes, I recognise you.......so, I do.

Is Lothlaria a county? If so, I'd like to contribute something there.

Lothlaria's been divided into three counties, but we're also talking about moving Lothlaria's culture into that of Cognito and donating the Lothlarian land back to the MCS as a friendly gesture.
