Be it enacted by the assembled Landsraad Chapter VII, Article C of the Lawbook be changed from this:Quote:C. Dual Citizenship1. Basic Dual Citizenship shall be allowed to citizens of Shireroth.to this:Quote:C. Dual Citizenship1. Basic Dual Citizenship shall be allowed to be citizens of Shireroth, with restrictions.a. Dual Citizenship is defined as the state of being a citizen of Shireroth and one or more other micronations.2. Dual Citizenship shall be restricted as follows:a. A citizen who is not a Minister or Noble may have only as many dual citizenships as are allowed by the Shirerothian policies of immigration.b. A citizen who is in the nobility or a minister, may have a maximum of one citizenship outside of Shireroth.c. The Kaiser of Shireroth, as is per tradition and written in the Imperial Charter, will freely relinquish all other micronational citizenships upon zir ascension to the throne.3. If a citizen is promoted to a position which limits further limits the amount of dual citizenships, the citizen must change zir citizenships to comply with the new limit.a. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in demotion or disqualification from the position.4. Clause 2b and Section 3 of this Article shall not apply to noncompliant Nobles who attained their position prior to (insert date of passage here).a. Individuals who leave their noble position after the above date and then later return to it shall no longer be protected by Section 4, unless granted an explicit exemption by the Kaiser.
