Praetor's Odd Loophole Amendment

Changes the Procedures of the Landsraad, Article III, Clause 2 from:Quote:Clause 2. In the event of a tied vote in the Landsraad, where all nobles have voted, and where the full voting time for the vote has been extended, the Praetor may be granted two additional votes to break the vote, in the interest of law and order in the Imperial Republic.To:Quote:Clause 2. In the event of a tied vote in the Landsraad, where all nobles have voted, and where the full voting time for the vote has been extended, the Praetor may be granted two additional votes to break the vote, in the interest of law and order in the Imperial Republic.
