Declassification act of 3742
A new section shall be added to XI. D. Forums:
6. If a user with access to a thread in Secret Evil Plans, Classified Archives, Imperial Advisory Council, or any other Imperial-level secret forum requests that thread to be declassified, the thread must be moved to a publicly accessible archive after a period of one week.
6.1. This does not apply to threads whose first post is more recent than six months old, or threads for which a specific request for classification has been made within the last six months, even if the latest request for maintaining classification has been made after the latest request for declassification.
6.2. Requests for maintaining classification may be made at any time that a thread remains in a secret forum.

No, really, I don't just want to see how loudly Erik will yell at me for this, I want the bill to get passed, too

This bill is officially open. Straylight's vote has been counted retroactively. Also, I'll vote for Elwynn since Leo is not here.

This could be fun.

From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

Brookshire votes Nay. As we said we would.
There is now no point to have the IAC. The point of the IAC was that you could say anything with NO risk of retribution. Also, the IAC was created for and by the Kaiser. This bill violates Imperial decree and will. It is beyond the powers of this Landsraad.

If the Kaiser hates it so much, he can strike it from the lawbook himself.
Goldshire AYE, in the general interest of making really old (and pretty lame honestly, plus it goes back all that far) topics available to the public for general history purposes.
