In order to lighten our workload, the following bills will be passed by Unanimous Consent vote. This is a Babkhan procedure where basically if no one objects to something uncontroversial, it gets passed without the hassle of a formal vote.
What you need to do is look at the bills. If you have a problem with any of them, object and it will be put to a formal long vote. However, I've tried to choose all the ones that are just rephrasing stuff and closing loopholes so that shouldn't have to happen. The bills that are being put up are:
Landsraad 1: Kaiser and Praetor can propose bills
Landsraad 2: Bills automatically edited into lawbook format
Landsraad 3: Shorter voting periods
Landsraad 7: Kaiser handles low Landsraad activity directly
Landsraad 8: Dukes can't break feudal contracts when distributing votes
Landsraad 9: Rephrases definition of emergency conditions
Landsraad 10: Emergency voting period shortened to two days
Landsraad 11: Nobles can overturn implied summons
Landsraad 12: Updates emissaries for new feudalism
That leaves 4, 5, 6, 13, and Praetor on which to actually vote.
You have 48 hours to make your objections. I won't make a habit out of this type of voting, but otherwise we'll never get through all of the Kaiser's stuff.
