I've been informed that certain inhabitants of Goldshire won't be around much due to a variety of reasons. Anyhow, that all being said, I proclaim the following:

Harvey Steffke is now Baron of Parvatvana. As that fief is new, he can do whatever he wants with it. He will retain his 3 votes in the Laandsraad.

I will resume being Baron of Khorze.
