Crown Account Rename Bill

In Chapter XIII: Economy of the LawBook, I propose that all references to the "Crown Account" be changed to "the Imperial Treasury", and that the account in the ShireBank be changed accordingly. This is to prevent confusion and to avoid a repeat of Anandja's Scorched Hat.

The problem with renaming it The Imperial Treasury is that there is already an Imperial Treasury account (in Gralus) - I expect it would confuse tax payers no end ...

And it's now that the bill's passed I remember that you can't change bank account names.

I can delete the Crown Account and set up a new Shirithian Imperial Treasury, and transfer the funds. Is that what everyone wants?
