Legal Advice Sought Regarding Deputy Prætor Cho'Gall
Is one within one's rights to dismiss him for a quite persuasive study of inactivity or does one have to wait for the Landsraad to assemble and reach its own conclusions? Or even for the Kaiseress to return? I wouldn't dream to sacking Nathan but we should at least ensure that there is an active understudy on hand for introducing treaties that need to be debated and voted upon.

Only the Landsraad can handle the matter. Though if the Praetor and duputy are both MIA, the Kaiser can be acting Praetor so the Landsraad can deal with it.

Sounds fair enough. I am correct also in assuming the Kaiseress would have to accidentally behead herself before I would be able to perform the executive function in this regard?

Well I would hope that there is a line of succession in place... I'm not sure we are ready for a full Ardy rule yet.

More like unwilling to accept it. War and Chaos are the two most powerful tools of a leader. The thought of one who loves and is adept at both is both chilling and reassuring.

Um.... since the Kaiseress is on LOA, you could fill the role if the Landsraad didn't object.

There is a line of succession. The numbers predict Ari next, remember?Leo Dine wrote:Well I would hope that there is a line of succession in place... I'm not sure we are ready for a full Ardy rule yet.

.................unless he is unavailable.
Of course he could do the "Kaiser Lacrymosa" routine.
