Merged railway construction request

Your Grace,

as a representative of BRAS, Benacia Rail Systems Ltd., I ask permission of you to allow BRAS to build railway lines in K'Tzuni, Vorpmadal and Ynnraile, as per these threads:

These requests have gone unnoticed and unanswered by the various baronial authorities. We believe that this is negative for the economic development of Brookshire since a rail system is crucial for our ability to evolve as a duchy. Therefore, we bring this request to the ducal authorities.

They are from the Elwynn railway system. I only removed the parts in Brookshire, I figured that the parts in Elwynn are still there.

Perhaps we could agree on branching one of these lines out to Tellia, and then through into Ashkenatza, where we've got a transport link construction programme going on?
