Suspension, heir and abdication

Dear citizens of Brookshire!
I hereby suspend the Charter of Brookshire. The new Duke may reinstate it if he sees it fit.
I appoint SirWilliamStrauss my heir as Duke of Brookshire and hereby abdicate the ducal throne.

Well Ran and Elsenar are available in Neurak. I believe all of the counties in Ynnraile are open, so just take your pick.
