A little cleaning up

Okay so I was looking and Crestfall Downs is empty. It has a city but was never given leadership. Was it? It doesn't show up on the subforum list thus I am assuming it is not active. So if a Count cannot be found within say the next 2 Earth months, it be annexed into Jugenskaja, to basically clean up and have less inactive counties.

I know I am asking a lot but it is empty to the best of my knowledge. If it is claimed then forgive me and may I burn in hell lol.

Personally, I have my own Kingdom, so I am happy being Count. A barony is simply more power than I want; thus I will never ask for such a position when I have my own land I can rule over in addition to my little counties.

Either way I am a loyal citizen and am just happy with what I have.

Thats just it, K'Tzuni has mostly inactive counties, and the barony itself does not seem that active.

Maksym is Baron of K'Tzuni, but I haven't seen him around here in ages...
