That the Barony of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara be demoted to its former status as a county under the Barony of the United Isles. Though M.A.S.S. is near and dear to my heart, there are not enough active citizens of Yardistan at this time to warrant a fourth barony. I shall remain count thereof.

THAT I am 100% sure I never promised. I have scattered Mar Sara notes collected that I was hoping to put into a coherent timeline, but I would have never promised a delivery date.

If I know me, I probably said something along the lines of trying to support him in various efforts. And then he lost the Duke position, so it sort of became moot.
