-The Duchy of Elwynn hereby accepts the Barony of Ynnraile as a parting gift from Leo Fenrir
-The Duchy will also accept the barony of Khroze, as was the wish of its current baron, should Goldshire dissolve

Very well. My Lord, I have a request though. Should the Duchies from Goldshire join, I believe a separate autonomous "Sub-Duchy" should be created for them and they should be granted privileges similar to Hurmu.

This entity can be called "The March of Goldshire"

By the way, there is the small matter of the third barony, the recently created Parvatvana. At first I was thinking of disbanding it, but why not just keep it as part of this region? That way, you'll get 3 baronies instead of 2.

I think Brookshire wants one, and I don't think it's fair for us to take a whole DUCHY. A barony I can handle.

Yeah, but not that Barony. It includes Goldshire Hamelt and is directly and fully between Khorze and Ynnraile. I think I'll reabosrb the Khorzean part of Parvatvana into Khorze. That is my will.
