I don't usually go around providing a lot of encouragement to people, but... something about this is just very awesome. Could be that there's no implication whatsoever in the images themselves that it would be used to survey more than just the enemy, but you just know based on the poster that it's there anyway. Implied implication. I like that :p.

Wasn't the Panopticon a famous prison design? Unless the implication is that the blimp would do the watcher's job.

Cool concept. Now you wouldn't happen to have any of the designs for a space shuttle lying around?

Yes it was. A small group of prison guards would be able to watch all prisoners in the circular prison.

Yep - invented by the British philosopher Jeremy Bentham. But the Panopticon is an allusion to a desire for total information awareness on the part of the Elwynnbrigaden.
