On behalf of His Imperial Highness the Prince of Hurmu, I have the honour of bringing greetings to the Kaiser of Shireroth and all good people of these lands. I would like to congratulate his Niftiness on the occasion of his ascension to the Golden Mango Throne.

Whereas the nation of Hurmu twice was part of the Kaiser’s realm, and whereas in Haraldsborg, in the Shirerithian embassy, the archives of Hurmu are stored, His Imperial Highness requests the honour of His Niftiness the Kaiser of Shireroth to cede the archives of Hurmu, the former Hurmu High Commission in Haraldsborg and all rights to Hurmu in Haraldsborg to the jurisdiction of Hurmu.
