Steward's Imperial Decree 396: Restoration of Goldshire

In the name of Kaiser Gaelen III, and by his authority, I decree the following

1. That the Baronies of Ynnraile and Neurak shall be detached from the Duchy of Brookshire to form the Duchy of Goldshire.

2. The first Duke of Goldshire shall be Duke Harvey Steffki, of the imperial bloodlines of Steffki and Doran.

3. The administrative and provincial capital of the Duchy of Goldshire shall be Goldshire Hamlet.

4. Any further issues arising from this shall be clarified by Imperial Rescript, deriving authority from this decree.
