I will claim citizenship when I see what there is to come back to. At the moment, I feel neither inclined to do so nor wanted back.

What there is to come back to is whatever the consensus of the community decides. By being part of the community, one builds that. But it is certainly understandable in the present situation if you don't want to be involved in that.
