Goldenbrook Decree: Goldenbrook Treasury.

There now exists a 'Goldenbrook Treasury' account for the use of the duchy. All taxes shall go into there before being paid. Any money the Duchy uses itself shall be taken from that account. The Great Kehl may authorize the use of funds from this account. At this time there are no funds in the account.
