Antica just passed the Treaty of General Membership- the Antican people have expressed their will to join with the Small Commonwealth. We would be very grateful if, per the provisions of the General Membership Treaty, a vote could be held among the representatives of the Commonwealth Assembly to approve or reject our membership.

Excuse my eagerness, but the Treaty was not passed according to the Antican constitution. My bad! The treaty will now go back to debate. Hopefully soon the Treaty will be put to the vote again.

Antica... joining?!

AAAHHH! THE END OF THE WORLD HAS COME!

End of the world, yes. But perhaps the start of something greater.

I think the basis of this move is... if Antica can't change the SC to make it 100% agreeable, we will join and try to make it as we think it should be, while of course taking advantage of all the good things the Commonwealth has to offer. Particularly the SCUE. As Gandhi said: Be the change you want to see in the world.

Thus ensuring that at any one time there will be at least one part of the Eagle-Bagel Pact in the SC.

The will of the Antican people and their attitude towards membership in this organisation is reflected in the fact that Act of Assembly No. 16 -- The Small Commonwealth Membership Act has just been passed with no abstentions. Antica eagerly awaits the result of the vote in the Commonwealth Assembly regarding our membership.

As Primate Maximilian is on LoA until Friday, I shall put it to a vote myself immediately.

Yay! It pleases me to see Antica taking this step in joining the Small Commonwealth.
